Yoga is a world-famous exercise, which derives from India. After a month practicing, I already like it! As we know, unhealthy bodies tend to have inert, dull and sluggish mind. Such great exercise is to work both the mind and body.
  With more and more exercise, I feel that I become more flexible. I have never though I could do a split since I was 4-year-old. Can you believe that? I did a almost-split yesterday! Cool! Needless to say, Yoga makes me more powerful and my body tighter. Besides, it can release pressure in our bodies and make our mind peaceful.
  Yoga caters to the needs of each individual according to his or her age, specific needs and physical condition. It's a game for young and old, men and women. Actually, you can do it at anytime and anywhere. Besides, It doesnt need too much space or expensive instrument. Even a sneaker or a nice sweater is unnecessary. You only need a mat to exercise on it.
  Come on, let's do Yoga!

Let It Be,that's what I want to tell Alice most.Things and people keep coming into our lives, without our expectation. No need to be afraid of the uncertain future. It's a waste of time being sorry for the past or worrying the future unnecessarily. What we should do is treasuring everthing at present and being patient--time will tell you two everthing.

Our chatting makes me recall lots of details in the past 4 years. We had plenty of fun together, hung out together, killed time together, prepared exams together, went shopping, played games, chatted, shared good news and bad news...We know each other a lot, funny stuff,(still makes me laugh, hahaha, for instance,you hitted the door,twice), embarrassed situations, stories about our chirdhood, our daydreams...

I'm so glad that, now, you have someone there company you, support you, share your happiness, help you go through bad time, as I did, doing and will do.
The most important is that, you are such a smart, pretty, funny, cute, tough, lucky girl that you can make it work. Dear, be active, positive and optimistic, and loving with heart will teach you a lot, such as, love, life, tolerance, sharing, cherishing, insisting...Enjoy it!

美剧会让人上瘾,忍不住一集一集一季一季的追下去。
第一季前面有点散，慢慢入港。。。最后一集硕大的DEA把悬疑推到顶点，到第二季越拍越好，短短20分钟又有笑料又有情节又有悬疑又埋线索，只能说编剧太有才了。这样的片子能不好看么？另外这短短20分钟里的音乐觉得是精品！遗憾就是很多插曲和片尾曲想搜集起来可是很难搜集到，这些音乐有好听又特别适合情节和场景。特别幸福的是，看这部剧的同时，能够将一首有趣的歌曲听十几个甚至更多个版本－－《little boxes》的第一季的香草版，到第二季的每集不同音乐人不同风格的演绎，蓝调、民谣、流行、拉丁、摇滚、怀旧。。。只恨音乐懂的太少，有要恶补的冲动。什么叫短而精？这就是啊！

和DESPERATE HOUSWIVES一样,也是发生在suburb的故事。题材本身就够限制级，围绕着这个矛盾的题材折射出人性的自私和社会体制的缺陷，就像片头曲一样充满着嘲弄和幽默。整个故事写实而又荒诞，对美国人－－白色黑色棕色（就是黄色少，加州中国人比例很高啊，据说1：10么）心理的刻画都入木三分。想起一个朋友说的，It's not realistic,it's not unrealistic,it's a slide of the real life.

美剧就是这样，编剧不停的给主角制造麻烦，再帮主角化解麻烦，好景不长，再给主角添加些天灾人祸，再。。。取决于市场反映咯。这就是市场经济，市场中的每个个体都追求着自身利益最大化，而又分享着市场看不见的手给我们带来的好处，经受着看不见的手解决不了的问题。如同WEEDS中反映的美国社会，当局考虑自己石油开采而不是所谓的伟大的解放全世界人民的人权，议员们考虑的是每个议案中自己会得到多少好处而不是解决社会问题，DEA们考虑自己的仕途和经济利益而不是真正要为社会除掉毒瘤，至于贩子们更不用说肯定是自身利润最大化咯。这就是美剧，什么都要拿来嘲讽一下，社会、体制、政客、宗教、肤色。。。唯一没有提到的是weeds给人带来的坏处，weeds似乎成了一个引发种种闹剧和推动情节发展的高明道具了。
第二季拉到不少赞助诶，LEXUS，toyota的Hybrid，苹果电脑，puma，nokia。。。我们都在分享市场化带来的好处。

It's a lovely day today--pleasant weather, good mood! In a word, everything was pretty good, except that my friends are not here to celebrate with us.But it's great that lots of my friend called me or sent me messages to say happy birthday!

 

I tried to make cakes for several times this summer, but all of them were more cookies than cakes except the one I made yesterday. I treated making cake as a aspect of the celebration this time. Anyway, I'm so excited that i'm succeed in making cakes.The other aspect on the day before my birthday was preparing some gifts to my parents, because they are the people whom I'm going to thank most on my birthday.The most beautiful gift I got is their content with my gifts, which I bought by the money I earned from my part-time jobs.
We had bortsch today.It's the first time we cooked and had this soup, which derives from eastern Europe, at home. I enjoyed the time we cooked together. How delicious!

Birthday cake!!!It's really cute and tastes great!This one is that I ordered in a bakery, not the one I made myself.

Perhaps I cant celebrate my birthday with my parents in this house years later.So I spent more time with my parents on this special day.We chatted a lot and watched a volleyball game and a football game together.I'm not a super sports fan, I did this because I wanted to spend more time on companying my dearest.

By the way,it's Coco Chanel's birthday as well, I must have special relationship with her,haha.

Perhaps,the only relationship between us is that I can afford some Chanel stuffs years later.

My cousin came to my home today, we talked a lot. I still remembered that,when I told him I've broken up with my ex-boyfriend, he offered me some real insight. At that time, I had new found respect for this guy, often borrowing money from me. And what he does revealed that he do care about me. A friend in need is a friend indeed.
He is falling in love with a nice girl, who is smart, pretty and sweethearted.He used to be a jerk,always playing with girls--it sucks.I'm glad he is serious this time and determind to give his heart.

Crash有撞车之意，也有冲击，坠毁之意。当年获奥斯卡最佳电影的片子，确实没有让我失望。
我喜欢以多个同时发生的独立故事穿插讲述的手法，看似独立以一个主题紧密联系在一起。所有的故事由一起车祸将诸多素昧平生的各种族的人纠结在了一起。
在各色人种陈杂的L.A.无论有色人种有有色人种的愤怒，白人有白人的苦恼，谁都不过是上帝眼中卑微的可怜虫。短短三十六个小时，洛杉矶的几个不同肤色的人给我们展示了各色美国烦恼。
在诸多轻巧的好莱坞幽默和以纽约为背景的美剧欢笑里，我们总是在感叹Uncle Sam的富裕优渥，Crash则展现的是底层的黑人，墨西哥人，中国人，波斯人，韩国人，还有白人警察，甚至声名显赫的白人夫妇，无一不面对着安全感的缺失。看惯了传奇般的American dream，却忽视了那个看似蒸蒸日上的社会里面阳光下的罪恶，种族歧视，非法移民，执法不公，交通阻塞，操纵选民。。。底层人民对社会的仇视和无能为力，获得一定社会地位的有色人种心底的自卑和小心翼翼，白人高高在上的伪善和安全感的缺失。
这种撞击不仅仅种族的撞击，而是人性自身善恶的撞击。人的矛盾就在于善恶的挣扎，恶意的发泄过后，善的内疚和空虚也许就随之而来。
电影用很大一块笔墨描写了种族冲突和文化冲突，白人想做出平等尊重有色人种的姿态，但却在心里歧视黑人，黑人一面警惕着白人的歧视，另一面歧视着亚洲人，亚洲人同时也歧视着其他有色人种。头尾两次撞车的争吵十分有意思，第一次撞车，是亚洲人贩子的老婆和南美女侦探，两个人都骂对方的族裔，歧视对方的种族。片尾的撞车，诊所女接待遭遇保险公司理赔员，一个黑人一个亚洲人，两人一样的用对方的种族作为攻击对象。这种现象十分可笑，也十分可悲。这样的互相侮辱表现了他们的不自信，他们都努力的讨好主流社会。
墨西哥爸爸给女儿煞有介事的解下斗篷的时候、小女孩的“Dad,i'll protect you.”、白人女主人和女佣相拥时道出“You are my best friend”时，黑人小混混放走的一卡车亚洲偷渡客时，热泪盈眶。这个世界有太多的不美好，欣慰的是，还有救赎。
愿L.A.的飘雪能掩盖掉丑陋，燃烧着的火焰能焚烧掉罪恶。
